Kanopy – A spinoff company from IIT Kanpur

Kanopy is a leading organization in the field of electrochemical science and engineering. The company was founded in 2014 by an alumnus (Joy Bhattacharjee, B.Tech, class of 2013) and researchers from the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), Kanpur. We have collaborations with different research labs across India for the research and development of the company's various products.

Our research and development are strengthened by the researchers of Indian Institute of Technology, Kanpur under esteemed mentorship of Prof. Raj Ganesh S. Pala and Prof. Sri Sivakumar. The founding members include IIT Kanpur alumnus (Mr. Joy Bhattacharjee) and ex-researcher (Mr. Anuj Awasthi).
